Jill Haynes

International Chair in Olympism. Invited professor 2001

Jill Haynes is Head of Programmes at Book Aid International. She was appointed as visiting professor of the International Chair in Olympism in 2001, while she was Manager of the National Sport Information Centre of the Australian Sports Commission.

Ms. Haynes specialised on sport information and the impacts and challenges of new technologies on information management. During her stay at the CEO-UAB, Jill Haynes work focused on the provision of sport information, focusing on the Australian experience. The programme of activities included a seminar for sport information managers in Spain and a university lecture.
