Doctor in Communication by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Bachelor Degree in Communication. Maria Badet is an expert on media, Brazilian immigration and gender. 

She is an academic collaborator of CEO-UAB, developing projects focus on the communication of the upcoming Rio de Janeiro 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
